A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote. Key Responsibilities Process release of information requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform quality checks on work to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of released medical information Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns proactively Required Qualifications High School Diploma (GED) required A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred Strong computer software experience, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to type 50 wpm and proficient in using fax, copier, and scanning machines Must be self-motivated and a team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
