Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Healthcare Informatics Project Manager. The individual in this role will oversee and manage healthcare informatics projects, including planning, organizing, and implementing projects that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include analyzing data, developing workflows and IT solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The Healthcare Informatics Project Manager will also work to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies through innovative technologies and effective project execution. Qualifications Proficiency in Healthcare Informatics, Health IT Systems, and Project Management methodologiesStrong skills in Data Analysis, Workflow Optimization, and Technology IntegrationKnowledge of Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory Standards, and HIPAA regulationsEffective Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skillsProblem-Solving and Decision-Making capabilities, with the ability to handle complex, cross-functional projectsBachelor’s or advanced degree in Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related fieldCertification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Healthcare IT (e.g., HIT Pro) is a plusPrevious experience in a healthcare or medical setting, particularly with veterans, is advantageous
