If you thrive on client relationships, technical problem-solving, and never having the same day twice — read on.What You'll DoYou'll split your time roughly between client-facing work — trainings, requirements sessions, ongoing support calls — and hands-on technical work configuring and customizing customer Orbis environments. You're the person customers rely on when things go sideways, and the one they celebrate with when a go-live goes smoothly.Day to day, you'll:Lead discovery sessions and translate customer requirements into configured solutionsConfigure and customize customer Orbis sites using SQL and established best practicesDeliver customer trainings and drive successful system adoptionManage your own tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projectsTriage urgent customer issues and reprioritize quickly when it mattersLeverage AI tools to work faster and smarterPartner with Sales, Product, and Support to share field insights and flag risksCollaborate across US, Irish, and Manila teams on global implementationsWhat You Bring2–4 years of experience in implementation, consulting, or professional servicesComfort with SQL and a foundational understanding of how software is built and configured — you don't need to be a developer, but there will be a technical interview round for you to demonstrate your expertiseStrong communication skills — you genuinely enjoy client conversations, even the long onesThe ability to juggle competing priorities, drop a task mid-stream, and pick up another without losing your placeSharp attention to detail and a sense of urgency when customers need it mostBachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experienceManufacturing or industrial software background is a plusComfort working across time zones with a global teamWhy Join UsSmall team.
