Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, based in Denver, CO. The Assistant will support daily business operations, including inventory management, order processing, record-keeping, and assisting in customer support tasks. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, organizing shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth office operations. Collaboration with team members and strong organizational skills will be essential to the role. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in inventory management and order processing systems.Basic knowledge of office software tools, including spreadsheets and word processing applications.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer support and team coordination.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tackling challenges.Previous experience in construction, industrial, or safety supply industries is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certifications or training are beneficial.
