TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy NoticePersonal Information We CollectYour Privacy ChoicesTeam OverviewThe AI Governance Analyst role sits within the Technology Risk & Compliance function and focuses on governing how AI is used across the organization. The role is responsible for coordinating AI risk assessments, maintaining visibility into AI use cases, and ensuring alignment with governance frameworks, privacy expectations, and emerging regulations. This role will report to the Technology Risk and Compliance Sr. Director. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core ResponsibilitiesProvide support for the AI risk assessment process, maintain a global AI assessment template and coordinate updates with relevant stakeholdersManage the AI inventory, reviewing incoming entries for accuracy and make updates as necessaryFacilitate annual reviews of AI InventoryProduce regular reports for committees and service ad-hoc requests from management.Maintain AI governance proceduresSupport the development and delivery of AI governance training, associate engagement, and awareness activitiesAssist with global AI governance projects as requiredRequired Knowledge And ExperiencesWorking knowledge of NIST AI Risk Management Framework to help ensure alignment to leading practice and regulatory requirements5+ years of experience in risk management, governance, privacy, compliance, or related functions2+ years of experience leading and coordinating governance forums and working groupsRelevant certifications in AI governance, risk, compliance, privacy or ethicsRequired Technical SkillsExperience in deploying and monitoring AI agent workloads to create efficiencies across governance processesUnderstanding of Privacy and emerging AI laws to ensure alignment with governance activitiesAbility to translate complex concepts into practical guidanceExperience working collaboratively with Third Party Risk Management, Information Security, Privacy, Compliance, and Legal functionsPreferred SkillsWe’re also looking for the preferred skills below. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan.
