Ram Governance Manager
The Ram Brand Governance Manager requires a self-motivated, energetic, results driven individual who is passionate about the Ram brand and the automotive industry. This position will be primarily focused on supporting the Leadership team's activities for Governance over Brand Operations. In this role the individual will take the lead in several key areas including but not limited to the following:Governance SupportActively support monthly Stellantis governance meetings to ensure the Brand leadership team is well informed, this includes but is not limited to planning preparatory reviews, draft speaker notes, and create executive briefing presentationsBrand Strategy ExecutionUnderstand the goals and assist in driving the Brand team's execution of the strategyValidate analytical conclusions together with senior managementProvide strategic support by conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making and problem-solvingCoordination with Brand finance to monitor and understand strategic options and decisions impacts to profitabilitySupport areas of strategic planning, market analysis, participate in key brainstorming and high-level strategy sessions designed to improve organizational processes, efficiencies and monitor profitabilityProject ManagementDevelop and manage major projects, presentations for Commercial Committee, Monthly Operating Review (MOR), National Dealer Council, Go to Market meetings and Dealer communicationsCoordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations. Attend meetings and follow up on action itemsThe person who fills this position must collaborate and influence cross-functionally, across peer groups, and be passionate about finding ways to drive results for the Ram brand.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeMinimum of 5 years of experience in Brands or SalesStrong presentation and deck writing skillsSkilled at Excel and PowerPoint featuresEffective organizational skills and proficient multitasking skillsStrong critical and strategic thinking, data interpretation, analysis and reporting capabilitiesExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster degree in Business related field5+ years' experience sales and marketingAbility to build an agenda and lead meetings in preparation of governance meetingsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and fluid environmentComfortable with ambiguous and ever-changing project settings.Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader project.Ability to break down and solve problems through structured thinking and quantitative analysisPrior experience interacting with Sales / Business Centers, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Incentives and MarketingJ-18808-Ljbffr
