WSO SME Lead

Hands-on WSO Platform Owner (Application Manager – Technology) to serve as the enterprise technical owner of the S&P Wall Street Office (WSO) platform. This role is responsible for ensuring platform stability, scalability, integration architecture, and governance across the firm.This individual will play a critical role within Technology, partnering closely with Credit, Operations, Finance, Risk, Treasury, and Compliance to ensure WSO is optimized, properly integrated, and aligned with evolving business needs. The role drives end-to-end ownership of the platform lifecycle, including production support, integration design, release management, and vendor coordination.Financial industry knowledge with deep expertise in S&P Global's specialized software platform, particularly the WSO (Wall Street Office) Software suite.QUALIFICATIONS Required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. • 8–12 years of experience managing enterprise financial systemsStrong hands-on experience with Wall Street Office (WSO) or comparable loan administration platforms.• Demonstrated experience designing and supporting API and system integrations.• Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data mapping.• Experience managing production environments, releases, and incident response in a regulated financial environment• Strong understanding of lending/credit workflows and financial systems integration. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage cross-functional dependencies. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred • Experience supporting private credit, leveraged loans, or syndicated lending portfolios. • Familiarity with AWS-hosted environments. • Experience with SSO, identity governance, and access controls. • Exposure to audit frameworks, regulatory expectations, and control testing.
