situational awareness, setting appropriate expectations, communicating updates, not over or under sharing information-- Investigating and troubleshooting monitoring related issues on Windows/Linux servers and in shell/Perl scripts-- Assisting in the development of the overall project plans and timetables, analysis, and identification of intermediate deliverables-- Assisting with estimating work efforts required for each phase of the project.-- Working with administrative languages, tools, and techniques such as shell, bash, YAML, JSON to automate AWS cloud infrastructure.-- Configuring Monitoring and alerting for production workloads in AWS-- Managing AWS infrastructure using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform-- Leveraging standard tooling, like Bitbucket/Bamboo for deploying code-- Manage the installation and configuration of applications like Tivoli, SiteScope, AppDynamics and SCOM helping clients to setup alerts as per the request.-- Configuring Splunk data ingestion and creating dashboards and alerts-- Writing high quality client and internal facing documentation of technologies and procedures-- Abiding by ITIL and Vanguard procedures in a regulated environment for change management, incident management, problem management, etc. Strongly Desired SkillsExperience with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing -
