(Senior) SAP ABAP Developer (m/f/d)

While the central teams of our clients manage their SAP global templates, they need a dependable partner who understands the importance of a global template while also being able to formulate the legal requirements precisely, work with local teams on fit/gap analysis, and implement required changes. Our branches and partner offices in Munich, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Mexico City act as hubs for coordinating our projects throughout Latin America. Participate in rollout, localization, enhancement SAP and implementation projects with national and international clientsSupport all phases of the project, including planning, design, prototyping, build/rollout, testing, training, and maintenance supportDesign, develop, test, and deploy ABAP programs and applications to meet business requirements and provide technical expertise and guidance in SAP ABAP development, including custom reports, enhancements, forms, and interfacesLead and participate in the analysis, design, and implementation of complex SAP solutions whilst collaborating with functional consultants to understand business needs and translate them into technical specificationsOptimize existing ABAP code and SAP processes for performance and efficiencyTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to ABAP development and SAP systems8+ years of experience as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer in similar roles (within an international context would be advantageous) with experience in end to end implementations and support experience in both ECC or S/4 HANA settingsProven experience interfacing SAP with other connected systems using Idocs, RFC, CPI, web services, AIF, and so onExperience with Mexican localization scenarios is required, other LatAm localization experience would be advantageousStrong consulting and communication skills in Spanish and English (business level)Collaborative working style with internal and external stakeholders as well as excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureAn attractive hourly rate salaryStable long term, full time job with exciting international clients in multiple industriesFlexibility for your work-life balance as we have a strong team of consultants to rely onA remote first culture within Mexico and a new office in Mexico City for teamworkA straight forward culture with a dynamic spirit
