Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW) - Remote / Part-time

A health services organization in Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join in a Remote capacity and on a Part-time basis as their new Behavioral Health Therapist.About the Opportunity:Shift: Part-timeSchedule: 4 or 8 hours per dayHours: between 8am to 6pm (16-24 hours weekly)Setting: Remote Clinical CareResponsibilities:Providing integrated behavioral health care with a focus on clinical qualityMaintaining a caseload with regular therapy sessionsWork with a diverse patient population, fostering inclusivitySolving patient issues efficiently in collaboration with a teamUtilizing data and technology in therapeutic practicesPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:5+ years of experience in teletherapyBachelor's Degree in a relevant field for clinical practiceMA Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, or MBCTAbility to plan and intervene in high-risk situationsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDesired Qualifications:Advanced Degree in Mental Health and/or a related fieldAdditional certifications in Therapy modalitiesBilingual (English and Spanish)Teletherapy experienceProficiency in Safety Planning
