Job Summary We are seeking a licensed esthetician to join our dynamic skincare and beauty team. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials Deliver advanced skin care treatments such as dermaplane treatments Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products Manage retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages effectively Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all treatment areas following industry protocols Utilize salon software such as Millennium and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and product demos Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and special offers Assist with customer facing duties including guest services, appointment bookings, and answering client inquiries Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare lines and new treatments Stay current with industry trends in skincare Skills Valid cosmetology license with esthetician certification required Strong management skills including appointment scheduling and client relationship management Proficiency with salon management software such as Millennium and MINDBODY Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment Ability to perform advanced skincare techniques including dermabrasion and deep tissue massage Skilled in social media management for marketing purposes Capable of upselling products and services to enhance guest satisfaction and business growth Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality and guest services excellence Join our team as a licensed esthetician where you can showcase your expertise while providing exceptional skincare experiences.
