The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise planning, owning SaaS metrics, and leading strategic finance initiatives. This highly visible position involves close partnership with the executive team and private equity sponsors, and the role is key to the company's value creation strategy. The Director of FP&A will also be tasked with building and scaling the FP&A function, including team development and system implementation, and will be expected to lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.Applicants for the (Senior) Director of FP&A role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' corporate finance/FP&A experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Deep experience in SaaS finance, particularly within a scaling organization, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial modeling, as well as a proven track record in building and scaling FP&A functions in high-growth environments. Experience in PE-backed environments, including exposure to sponsors and board-level reporting, is also a key requirement. The role demands a professional with a Bachelor's degree (MBA or CPA is a plus), and a background in M&A, capital strategy, and fundraising initiatives.
