(Sr.) Director FP&A – PE-Backed SaaS | Greater Boston (Hybrid/Remote Flex)$175–215K base + bonus + equityOur client, a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS organization seeking a (Senior) Director of FP&A to join during a pivotal stage of expansion! Reporting to the CFO, this individual will drive enterprise planning, SaaS metrics ownership, and strategic finance initiatives, while serving as a key partner to the executive team and private equity sponsors.This is a highly visible role with ownership over FP&A, board reporting, and value creation strategy, with the opportunity to build and scale the function as the business continues to grow.Responsibilities IncludeOwn all SaaS KPI tracking and reporting (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, Renewal Rates, etc.)Build driver-based forecasting models and cohort analyses to support growth, retention, and churn insightsLead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processesPrepare and deliver board materials, investor updates, and executive reportingPartner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing, and capital allocation decisionsSupport M&A activities, including modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integrationCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and AccountingBuild and scale a best-in-class FP&A function, including team development and system implementationDrive process improvements, automation, and reporting standardization across the organizationEstablish KPI frameworks and reporting cadence aligned with PE value creation initiativesWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of corporate finance / FP&A experience (5+ years leadership)Deep SaaS finance experience, ideally within a scaling organizationExperience in PE-backed environments with exposure to sponsors and board-level reportingStrong understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial modelingProven ability to build and scale FP&A functions in high-growth environmentsExperience with M&A, capital strategy, and fundraising initiativesSystems experience: NetSuite, Salesforce, Adaptive/OneStream (or similar preferred)Bachelor’s required; MBA or CPA a plusIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com for immediate consideration.KBW789
