As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.ResponsibilitiesWork with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutionsAbility to lead work breakdown exercises to create projects, epics, and storiesLead in the development of front-end application standards with a focus on re-usability and securityServe as a technical mentor for peers, guiding developers to apply software patterns and principlesProvide guidance on industry and company best practices within the team and the organizationPartner with Enterprise Architecture to apply/define architecture principles for current and future stacksParticipate and engage in COEs (Centers of Excellence) to lead agile teams in the adoption of technology standards and best practices with a focus on reusability, scalability, resiliency and securityDesign client-side and server-side architectureBuild features and applications with a mobile responsive designDesign client-side, server-side, and mobile architecture. Influence and guide the use of Micro Front-end DesignTechnology Steward - Identify technology needs and work with the Squad Leadership to prioritize those needs with other business objectives, ensure we are delivering on technology value in addition to business valueTest software, both manual and automated, to ensure responsiveness and efficiencyTroubleshoot and debug softwareCreate security and data protection settingsQualifications5+ years of experience with multiple front-end languages and libraries (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React)5+ years of experience with multiple back-end languages (Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin)5+ years of experience with designing and implementing REST APIs (working knowledge of OpenAPI Spec/Swagger); working knowledge of SOAP APIsFamiliarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, Oracle, SQLServer) and web servers (e.g. Apache, nginx)Experience with software design principles as well as UI prototype designWorking knowledge of Test-Driven and Behavior-Driven DevelopmentAbility to write quality unit, functional and automated testsExperience with Git as a version control system, in conjunction with solutions such as Bitbucket, GitHub or GitLabKnowledge of Gradle, Apache Maven, Apache ANT is desirablePreferred QualificationsFinancial services industry experience Experience utilizing AI engineering tools to accelerate software development pipelines Experience with AWS Native development The salary range for this role is $107,552 to $182,838 or the hourly equivalent.
