We need a team member who is ready to design, build, and implement innovative Dynamics 365 solutions to support the missions of our customers. We have several large projects, some established, some just getting started, at the Department of Veterans Affairs and we need smart team members to help us deliver.The successful candidate will be an inquisitive problem solver with the ability to quickly analyze the needs for specific projects and architect/ implement effective solutions. In this fully remote role, our projects require our team members to identify challenges and offer creative solutions. Join our development team and help us positively impact the lives of millions of Veterans through these innovative and user centric Dynamics solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will work and collaborate on a team of project managers, business analysts, developers/engineers, and QA staff within an Agile environment. As a crucial member of our team, you will also be expected to interface with client representatives. Our team member will:Analyze customer needs and contribute to the development of the overall design concept and objectives with an eye to performance, architecture, and security.Contribute to MS Dynamics 365 cloud solutions based on business requirements.Design and implement modular, testable, and reusable C# .NET applications, Plug-ins, and Azure microservices in the D365 ecosystem.Participate in and/or lead requirements analysis and estimate level of effortCollaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture documentsWrite clean, scalable, and testable code using C# .NETTest and deploy applications and systems including Dynamics 365 Plugins and Azure App ServicesPerform code reviewsMonitor inbound data streams and respond to issues and interruptionsDevelop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)Mentor junior developers and testersTAG: #LI-I4DMTAG: INDMJCMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical fieldMinimum of seven (7) years of experience as a software developerMinimum of five (5) years of on the job experience with C#Minimum of three (3) years of on the job experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystemDemonstrated proficiency developing custom .NET components including web services, APIs, and pluginsMinimum of three (3) years of practical experience with FetchXMLDemonstrated proficiency with Azure Functions in a microservice environment.Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts effectivelyMinimum two (2) years of experience working in agile frameworkExperience with automated testing including mocks and fakes.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsMilitary experienced candidates are encouragedCandidates will need to obtain Security Clearance of Public Trust once hiredWork is full-time 100% remotePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to troubleshoot and refactor legacy Dynamics applications, API's and pluginsExperience with Dynamics Portals/ADX StudioExperience with healthcare-related Dynamics 365 solution development is a plusExperience with Federal government agencies, specifically with VA
