Full Stack .NET Developer – Client Lifecycle ManagementWe are seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer to join a newly formed team building a client lifecycle management platform for a large wealth management organization. This is a process-heavy development role focused on designing and automating complex business workflows across multiple teams and systems.The platform will support client onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing lifecycle events. Some existing workflows include more than 90 steps across 14 systems and are currently managed through spreadsheets. The selected developer will help transform these manual processes into a streamlined, technology-driven solution that provides users with a unified view of the client lifecycle.The ideal candidate will have strong back-end development experience with .NET, along with some form of front-end development experience. React is expected to be used for the new user interface, but prior React experience is not required. Experience with other front-end technologies, including WinForms or similar frameworks, is acceptable.More importantly, the team is looking for someone who understands process engineering and has experience building systems that automate complex, multi-step workflows. Candidates should be comfortable moving data between systems, coordinating dependencies, translating business processes into technical solutions, and working in an environment where the technology and architecture will continue to evolve.Experience with BPMN, workflow automation, or Camunda is highly preferred but not required. Candidates should also have practical experience using generative AI and large language model tools in a software development environment, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted coding tools.This is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity. The team has a strong preference for candidates located in Charlotte, with Birmingham also considered and Atlanta considered on a limited basis.
