Supply AnalystDirect hire Supply Financial Analyst Location: Southwest Austin Work Schedule: On-site preferred (hybrid available after initial training) Salary: $70,000$75,000 (base) The Opportunity This is a hands-on analytical role supporting supply operations, forecasting, purchasing, reconciliation, and billing accuracy. The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers while helping scale and modernize a growing analytics function. The role offers strong long-term growth potential as the department evolves from a single-analyst structure into a multi-level team with future lead, supervisory, and management opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Forecast demand to support purchasing decisions and avoid overage penalties Manage cost rollups and support billing accuracy Maintain and analyze contract tracking spreadsheets Partner with suppliers and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies Assist with transitioning spreadsheet-based processes to more advanced systems Systems & Tools: Excel (primary analytical tool) Spreadsheet-based contract tracking Exposure to evolving database and analytics platforms Ideal Candidate Profile: Required: Advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, forecasting, and data reconciliation experience High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline Preferred: Background in accounting, finance, FP&A, statistics, or analytics Experience with databases or system transitions Exposure to regulated industries, utilities, or energy Soft Skills: Comfortable working independently in a growing, evolving environment Clear communicator with vendors and internal stakeholders Organized, adaptable, and execution-focused Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year Search managed by: Cristi Connel Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply
