About Future DigitalFuture Digital is a growth marketing partner for venture-backed consumer health, women's health, wellness, and family brands.We work as an embedded extension of our clients' teams across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and performance creative. We're intentionally senior, hands-on, and focused on measurable growth — with lower client-to-strategist ratios and an AI-enabled, human-led approach.The RoleWe're looking for a Performance Creative Designer who understands that an ad has to do more than look good — it has to earn attention and drive action.This role will begin part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our client portfolio and performance creative practice continue to expand. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the team and become an important part of how we develop and scale performance creative across our clients.You'll create performance-focused advertising across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid channels, using creative strategy, customer insights, performance data, UGC, product imagery, testimonials, reviews, and raw assets.This is a hands-on creative role requiring strong design fundamentals, speed, and a real understanding of direct-response creative. You'll work closely with media buyers and strategists to turn performance insights into new concepts and iterations.What You'll DoDesign performance-focused static ads for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other paid channelsEdit and produce short-form paid-social video and motion creativeTurn creative briefs, customer insights, and strategic concepts into compelling visual executionsDevelop multiple hooks, formats, layouts, messages, and variations for structured testingAdapt UGC, testimonials, reviews, product footage, founder content, and existing brand assets into paid-social creativeBuild platform-native creative across placements, aspect ratios, and formatsPartner with media buyers and strategists to understand what's working, why it's working, and what should be tested nextUse performance signals such as CTR, hook rate, CPA, CVR, ROAS, engagement, and creative fatigue to inform iterationsConduct visual, customer, category, and competitor research to identify creative patterns and opportunitiesTranslate customer motivations, pain points, objections, and buying triggers into compelling creative concepts and executionsMaintain brand consistency while understanding when performance creative should feel more native and less polishedManage creative files and reusable asset systems across multiple clientsUse AI tools to accelerate ideation, image/video creation, versioning, research, and production while maintaining strong creative judgment. Who You AreA designer who cares about performance. You want to know whether the ad worked, not just whether it looked good.Strong in direct response. You understand hooks, hierarchy, proof, benefits, objections, offers, CTAs, pacing, and conversion psychology.Customer-minded. You understand that effective creative starts with the person you're trying to reach — their motivations, needs, objections, and reasons for taking action.Fast without being careless. You understand that performance marketing requires both creative volume and quality.Comfortable with imperfect inputs. You can turn UGC, screenshots, reviews, raw footage, product imagery, and loose concepts into strong advertising.Performance-aware. You don't need to be a media buyer, but CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, hook rate, and creative fatigue should mean something to you — and influence what you create next.Platform-aware. You understand that great Meta or TikTok creative doesn't necessarily look like traditional brand advertising.AI-fluent. You're actively experimenting with AI production tools while keeping the work distinctive, accurate, and on-brand.What We're Looking For3+ years of professional design experienceStrong portfolio of paid social/performance advertisingExperience designing static advertising for Meta and InstagramExperience producing or editing short-form video and motion creativeStrong typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling skillsExperience producing creative variations for structured testingAbility to work quickly across multiple brands and deadlinesProficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or comparable toolsStrong attention to detail and organizationComfortable collaborating with media buyers and strategists in a performance-driven environmentComfortable starting part-time with interest in growing into a full-time roleStrong plus: DTC/eCommerce, UGC/direct-response creative, consumer health, women's health, wellness, family or regulated-category experience, AI image/video production, and experience interpreting creative performance data.How to ApplyApply directly through LinkedIn with your profile, relevant experience, and portfolio.We're especially interested in candidates with a strong portfolio of paid-social/performance work across both static and video/motion creative, and who can demonstrate an understanding of how creative contributes to measurable performance.A relevant portfolio is required for consideration.
