SOLDERING TECHNICIAN OPPORTUNITY | CONTRACT-TO-HIRE | ONSITE | CHANDLER, AZJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to become a vital part of our team. This role offers hands-on training and the potential for growth within a close-knit team environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering tasks on electronic components with precision and accuracy.Assemble printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to specifications.Use hand tools to complete assembly tasks.Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in soldering.At least 1 year of experience in PCB assembly.High attention to detail.Ability to work effectively as a team player.Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience with electronics.* Proficiency in using hand tools.Work EnvironmentThis position is based onsite in an electronics manufacturing site within the engineering department of a smaller company. The work culture is flexible, with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality, and offers a supportive, close-knit team atmosphere.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
