We specialize in high-quality lighting solutions for all automotive vehicles.We're looking for a high-level operator to work directly with the founder to scale the company, build systems,and eventually step into a General Manager role.Role OverviewThis is not a basic management role.We're a small, fast-moving team — so while your responsibilities span multiple areas, the workload in eachis lean. You won't be buried in any one function. What matters is that you're on top of everything, keepingthings running, and constantly looking for ways to improve.You'll work directly with the founder to turn ideas into reality and drive measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Inventory Management● Own inventory strategy, forecasting, and replenishment — managed through Shopify● Monitor SKU performance, sell-through rates, and inventory turns● Identify slow-moving or underperforming products and take action● Build and implement a structured inventory management system● Improve warehouse efficiency, organization, and throughputTeam Leadership & Culture● Manage warehouse, customer service, and operations staff● Hold team accountable to performance metrics and expectations● Build a strong, positive, and high-performance culture● Lead team meetings, training, and internal communication● Develop employees and identify future leadersData, Reporting & Decision Making● Pull and analyze reports across sales, inventory, and operations● Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth● Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership● Track KPIs and hold departments accountableCustomer Experience & Process Optimization● Oversee customer service performance and workflows● Build call scripts, upsell strategies, and support processes● Identify recurring issues (returns, warranties, complaints)● Implement solutions to reduce friction and improve retentionSystems & Execution● Build and improve internal systems (inventory, workflows, SOPs)● Execute on founder-led initiatives and strategic projects● Coordinate cross-department execution (marketing, ops, sales)● Recommend hires, tools, and process improvementsB2B & Growth Support● Help develop dealer retention and growth strategies● Identify opportunities to increase revenue per dealer● Support expansion into new product lines or marketsWhat Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)● Inventory is clean, predictable, and optimized● Warehouse runs efficiently without constant oversight● Customer service is structured, fast, and revenue-generating● Clear reporting dashboards are in place● Team is aligned, accountable, and improving● Founder is no longer involved in day-to-day operationsQualifications● 3+ years in operations, logistics, or business management● Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills● Experience managing people and driving accountability● Comfortable with data, systems, and process building● Ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environmentIdeal Candidate Traits● Identifies problems and brings solutions (not just questions)● Balances big-picture thinking with detail execution● Strong communicator and team leader● Obsessed with efficiency and improvement
