HR Assistant (Spanish/English Bi-Lingual) - 2 years exprience
BI-LINGUAL (SPANISH/ENGLISH) HR ASSISTANT – (ON-SITE) FULL TIME, PERMANENT

The HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the HR department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of an associate degree and experience working in Human Resources preferred (will substitute experience for education.)
Must be able to maintain a 100% level of confidentiality
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aztec standards
Proficient with Windows Operating Systems (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Proficiency in using HRIS software; experience with Novatime is a plus.
Professional and effective written, verbal and organizational skills required
Ability to multi-task several projects at a time with a strong attention to detail and follow-up tracking capabilities
Basic working knowledge of labor law and best employment practices
Maintain professional and high standards of personal appearance and grooming in compliance with Aztec administrative dress code.
Associate must at all times be attentive, friendly and courteous in a service-oriented manner to all guests, managers and employees in compliance with company values
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels.
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information or documentation
Monitor/resolve time-card discrepancies to ensure accurate hours and approvals
Create and maintain new hire, personnel and training files
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette (clear and professional language)
Ensuring compliance with company policies.
Utilize HRIS systems such as Novatime to maintain accurate employee records.
Serves as a backup for conducting new hire orientation/onboarding
Support the administration of FMLA and other leave programs.
Facilitate the interviewing process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
May support various departments and work on special translation projects
Reports to and provides administrative support to HR Manager
Assist in the onboarding process by conducting employee orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
Assist in resolving employee relations issues by providing support, translation and guidance as needed.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating initiative.
Other duties and special projects as assigned
