ADMINISTRATION AND FISCAL/FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:Assist in compliance with district policies, state, and federalAssist in effective scheduling of the school facility for both school and non-school related activities (i.e. athletic events, academic contests, community/church groups, elections, )Assist in managing all school facilities, effectively supervising custodial and security services to ensure a clean, orderly, and safe educationalOversee the use, care, and replacement of equipment and exercise necessary precautions to safeguard materials, equipment, andAssist in developing the school budget; work within the guidelines set by the district to establish enrollment projections, justification of program needs, andAssist in preparation, development, and maintenance of fiscal records and reports in accordance with district policies andFunction as the textbook coordinator and oversee all necessary inventories, surveys, and other related reports.Coordinate and facilitate student recruitment efforts in collaboration with district personnel (e.g., early childhood and elementary coordinator and senior director of Transformational Learning).Assist the campus principal and his/her recruitment team, with the design, coordination, implementation, and assessment of all Fine Arts Dual Language Academy student admissions processes (e.g., eligibility criteria, selection, communications, information sessions, ).
