If you enjoy working with tour operators, travel advisors, consortia, and host agencies while representing an exciting cruise product, this role offers significant scope to make a real impact.The RoleThis position will focus on strengthening and expanding the brand’s presence across the US market through strategic partnerships and trade engagement.Business Development Manager Key responsibilities will include:Developing and securing new distribution partnerships across the travel tradeManaging and growing key accounts to deliver strong commercial resultsCreating collaborative business plans and marketing campaigns with partnersDelivering engaging training sessions, webinars, and product presentationsRepresenting the brand at major industry events, trade shows, and conferencesProviding market insights and strategic reporting to senior leadershipSupporting onboarding and ongoing engagement with new trade partnersParticipating in select consumer events to promote the brandWhat We’re Looking ForThis role would suit someone with strong travel industry relationships and a proven ability to grow business through partnerships.Business Development Manager Skills and Experience: Experience in business development, account management, or sales within the travel industry, preferably working with international businesses Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skillsConfidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makersA track record of delivering revenue growth through partnershipsExcellent organisation and relationship-building skillsThe ability to work independently in a remote, home-based environmentStrong IT skills including CRM systems, booking platforms and ExcelBusiness Development Manager Additional Details:$75,000-$80,000 per year + benefits packageHome-based role when not travellingExtensive travel across the U.S. with occasional international tripsAttendance at industry events💬 Interested in learning more?If you’re a travel industry professional looking to represent an exciting cruise brand and play a key role in its North American expansion, I’d love to speak with you.Feel free to apply directly or message me confidentially for more details.
