This role is responsible for delivering full scope HR support aligned to business priorities, operational execution, and enterprise people strategy. Operating within a matrix reporting structure, the HR Business Partner partners closely with the Regional President while maintaining enterprise alignment through the Vice President of People & Culture. The role requires strong judgment, sound employee relations expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, field driven environment.Essential Job Responsibilities Employee Relations and Performance ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters within the region, providing timely, consistent, and well documented guidanceAdvise and coach managers on performance management, corrective action, disciplinary processes, and involuntary terminationsConduct investigations as needed and partner with People & Culture leadership to ensure appropriate resolution and risk mitigationBusiness Partnership and Leadership SupportAct as a trusted advisor to the Regional President and regional leadership team on workforce matters, organizational effectiveness, and people related decisionsSupport leaders through change, growth, and organizational evolution with clear, pragmatic guidanceTalent and Workforce OperationsPartner with Regional leadership and Corporate Talent Acquisition to support hiring, workforce planning, and staffing needsOversee and execute employee lifecycle processes including new hire setup, job changes, transfers, promotions, and terminationsManage and deliver consistent onboarding and offboarding experiences across the region, including new hire orientationCompliance and Policy ExecutionEnsure all regional HR practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesApply policies consistently while balancing business needs, employee experience, and risk managementOperational ExcellenceMaintain accurate and timely HR documentation and data within HR systemsSupport People & Culture initiatives and projects as assigned to advance enterprise prioritiesOther duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.Minimum QualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience3 to 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or Business Partner experience, preferably supporting a multi-site or regional organizationDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgmentStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProven success operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environmentPreferred:Bilingual in English and SpanishExperience working with HRIS platforms and workforce data systemsPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
