At Kasmo, we value ownership, execution excellence, and long-term client partnerships.Role OverviewAs a Salesforce Client Partner at Kasmo Digital, you will own strategic client relationships and drive revenue growth across Salesforce transformation programs. This is a full-time, onsite role based out of Kasmo's Plano, TX office , aligned to Central (CST) business hours .You will act as the primary commercial owner for your accounts, working closely with Salesforce field teams , Kasmo solution architects, and delivery leadership to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and ensure successful execution.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Executive Relationship OwnershipServe as the primary point of contact and commercial owner for assigned clients and prospectsBuild trusted relationships with executive, business, and technology stakeholdersDevelop a deep understanding of client business objectives, Salesforce landscapes, and transformation roadmapsAct as a strategic advisor guiding customers through Salesforce-enabled digital transformation initiativesSales & Revenue GrowthOwn the full sales lifecycle: discovery, qualification, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, and closureDrive new logo acquisition and expansion within existing Kasmo client accountsIdentify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Salesforce platforms, analytics, and AI servicesMaintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and deal governanceSalesforce & Partner AlignmentPartner closely with Salesforce account executives and partner teams on joint account planning and pursuitsRepresent Kasmo as a trusted Salesforce Summit Partner in customer engagementsSupport co-sell motions and Salesforce-led opportunities to drive mutual growthDelivery & Internal CollaborationWork closely with Kasmo technical and delivery teams to design outcome-driven Salesforce solutionsEnsure smooth transition from sales to delivery with clear scope, success criteria, and accountabilityParticipate in regular account reviews to monitor delivery performance and customer satisfactionRequired Qualifications5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in Salesforce, cloud, or consulting servicesProven success selling complex, services-led Salesforce solutions to mid-market and enterprise clientsStrong consultative selling, discovery, and executive communication skillsExperience managing multiple sales cycles and accounts simultaneouslyAbility to analyze financials, pricing models, and deal structuresAbility to work onsite from Kasmo's Plano, TX officeAvailability aligned to Central (CST) business hoursPreferred / Nice to HaveExperience selling Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds)Background with a Salesforce Summit Partner , systems integrator, or consulting firmFamiliarity with analytics, AI/ML, and data engineering use casesExperience working in partner-driven or co-sell environmentsWhat Makes You Successful at KasmoStrong business acumen with a results-driven mindsetAbility to quickly build credibility with senior business and technology leadersHigh ownership mentality and comfort working in a fast-growth environmentSkilled in crafting value-based proposals and executive-level presentationsCollaborative, accountable, and customer-focusedWhy Kasmo DigitalWork with a Salesforce Summit Partner on high-impact enterprise transformation programsHigh-visibility role with direct ownership of strategic accounts and revenue outcomesCollaborative, execution-focused culture with strong leadership accessOpportunity to build and scale long-term Salesforce client relationships
