The director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key investors, wealth managers, and institutional partners. Primary tasks include developing comprehensive capital-raising strategies, coordinating investor presentations, cultivating networks within the financial ecosystem, and driving funding opportunities for the organization. Additionally, the director will provide market insights and analysis to enhance decision-making processes. Leadership, relationship management, and innovative thinking are central to succeeding in this role.QualificationsProven experience in capital raising, investor relations, and partnership development within fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services industriesAdvanced knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanisms and cryptocurrency marketsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to establish and nurture investor relationshipsExpertise in developing capital introduction strategies and managing investment pipelinesLeadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor a teamStrong analytical and market research skills with a focus on identifying funding opportunitiesProficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and related analytical toolsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is preferredProven track record of working in high-growth or innovative environments
