Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President at SRE Group, located in Dallas, TX. The Vice President will lead high-level business operations, drive strategic initiatives, oversee the management of key commercial real estate projects, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include guiding teams, developing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring financial performance. The role entails close collaboration with stakeholders, leadership in day-to-day decision-making, and strategic planning for long-term company success. Qualifications Leadership and strategic management skills, with experience leading teams and driving organizational goalsExpertise in commercial real estate, including property management, leasing, and investment strategiesStrong financial acumen, including budget management, revenue forecasting, and performance analysisExceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectivelyProven track record of identifying and nurturing business development opportunitiesAbility to develop and implement strategic plans to align with company objectivesProficiency in industry-standard tools, software, and analytics related to real estate managementBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred)Experience within the DFW commercial real estate market is a strong advantageCommitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing organizational culture
