Job Title: Real Estate ManagerLocation: Dallas, Texas, United StatesType: Full TimeOur Client is seeking a Real Estate Manager to support their infrastructure and operations team by driving real estate strategy across a large warehouse and distribution network. This role is instrumental in managing leases, evaluating sites, negotiating with landlords, and supporting transactions tied to new builds, expansions, and consolidations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in real estate operations within a fast‑paced supply chain or DSD environment and will help ensure the organization’s facility footprint aligns with long‑term growth and efficiency goals.What You’ll DoReal Estate Strategy & ExecutionSupport leadership in evaluating real estate opportunities, including acquisitions, dispositions, and renewals.Partner with brokers, landlords, and internal teams to execute transactions across the portfolio.Monitor critical lease dates and lead proactive planning for renewals, terminations, and expansions.Property Assessments & Site SupportConduct facility evaluations to support warehouse expansion, consolidation, and relocation decisions.Analyze and summarize property data to inform site selection and utilization strategies.Assist with due diligence and onboarding for newly acquired or developed sites.Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Legal, Finance, Construction, and Operations to ensure alignment on lease terms, approvals, and project readiness.Partner with field leaders to translate operational needs into real estate requirements.Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, and decision-support materials. Lease AdministrationMaintain a centralized tracker of key lease terms, expiration dates, options, and clauses.Contribute to monthly and quarterly real estate performance reporting.Identify and escalate risks related to expiring leases, landlord issues, or facility constraints.What We’re Looking ForRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, property management, or facilities planning within supply chain, dsd, logistics, or CPG industries.Working knowledge of lease structures, real estate contracts, and site due diligence.Experience in asset and property management Strong project management and communication skills; able to drive cross-functional alignment.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and lease administration tools or real estate databases (e.g., CoStar, Lucernex, Procore).Ability for up to 25% travel
