Overview Global Pricing Operations Analyst – Services Summary posted: Dec 13 2023 Responsibilities Implement pricing changes and configure pricing for new product launches. Collaborate with product, business, legal, and engineering teams to ensure customer and partner experience meets Apple’s high standards and remains contractually compliant. Support ongoing pricing operations tasks, including: New product and feature launches New country expansions Special promotions and business development opportunities Price updates due to foreign exchange movements and tax changes Partner payment updates due to contractual changes Internal tool and process improvements Become an expert in how the pricing system works, understanding the logic and calculations it supports. Use that knowledge to document solutions and implement them to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Manage tasks related to pricing changes to ensure a quality customer and partner experience, including customer/partner communications and reviewing partner contracts. Build positive relationships across the organization; be viewed as an expert in the pricing system and processes. As you grow, become a go-to person for pricing questions. Handle multiple projects in parallel with strong time management and the ability to switch between tasks quickly. Contribute to innovation by improving tools and processes within the pricing team. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an operational role that priorities and manages projects with accuracy and attention to detail Desire to work in a hands-on operational role Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets Prior experience in auditing and accounting principles is preferred Knowledge of SQL is preferred Education Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field is preferred Pay & Benefits Base pay range for this role: $132,300 – $241,500; base pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location Eligible for discretionary employee stock programs, including restricted stock units and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, product discounts, and access to educational reimbursement for career development Potential for discretionary bonuses or commission payments and relocation assistance where applicable Additional plan terms and eligibility apply; see Apple Benefits for details #J-18808-Ljbffr
