AI Automation Sustainment Lead

A company is looking for an AI and Automation Sustainment Lead. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee business-as-usual support for automation, RPA, RDA, and AI solutions to ensure stability and continuous value generation Establish and manage lifecycle standards for automation and AI capabilities, including onboarding and performance tuning Define and monitor performance metrics to assess solution effectiveness and provide operational visibilityRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in IT operations, production support, automation, or AI sustainment roles Experience supporting automation and/or AI solutions in production environments Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and lifecycle transitions across teams Strong knowledge of RPA, RDA, and AI-enabled automation concepts Experience applying Lean Six Sigma and organizational change management principles
