Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) - General Location: Unity, NH Pay: $40 - $43 hourly Shift: 08:00:00 - 16:30:00 Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) to join the General team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care. Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements: Provide physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents Conduct patient assessments and evaluations Document patient progress and treatment outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members Provide specialized care for residents with dementia Work Monday through Friday schedule with weekends as needed Maintain professional licensure and certifications Participate in care planning meetings and discharge planning Educate patients and families on treatment protocols Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies Adapt to new facility spaces and equipment as needed Provide coverage at affiliated locations when required Qualifications: Active Physical Therapist - PT (PHYT) license in good standing (state-specific) Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant General experience preferred BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Benefits: Health, dental and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Continuing education and professional development support ATC Healthcare partners with healthcare organizations that are Equal Opportunity Employers.
