Compensation Range: $60-65/hour
Location: Newport, NH; Onsite – School Setting
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Provide school-based physical therapy services to students as identified by IEPs and referral processes
Assess student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district guidelines
Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other service providers to promote student participation and success in school activities
Attend meetings and contribute insight as part of each student’s support team
Utilize creative, evidence-based strategies to help students reach their mobility and developmental goals

Hours per week: 37.75 hours per week
Contract length: School Year
Required Qualifications:
Active NH Physical Therapist (PT) license
Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus
