DescriptionRemote - The hiring manager will accept candidates from anywhere within the US, but east coast is preferred.ResponsibilitiesWork as an analyst in the Procurement department ensuring compliance with prevailing wage requirements to qualify for nuclear tax credits. Support the prevailing wage reporting process by:Checking that qualified work completed at the nuclear site has been reported by the respective contractors in a third-party online system. Reconciling contractor-reported payrolls in the system to a site report of completed work. Contacting contractors to address reporting discrepancies including late reports, missing data, and non-compliant wages. Contacting contractors to determine whether on-site work should be reported in the system. Providing periodic reports regarding contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements. Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the process. NotesFor a new process being implemented - tracking prevailing wages using the LCP tracker system. Monitoring system to ensure contractors have provided information on time. Contacting contractors on late submissions or non-compliance. Work can be remote - all online function. Open to non-local candidates. Part-time, flexibility to schedule. Microsoft experience (Excel, etc.) is required. Experience with prevailing wage laws would be helpful, but not required. Hours worked need to occur in the timeframe of 8 AM - 5 PM. Nuclear experience is NOT required. Experience LevelsAdvanced: Full knowledge of related concepts. Typically has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
