Program Operations Coordinator

Support day-to-day operations for a fast-moving robotics startup. Manage schedules, track deliverables, coordinate compliance filings, and handle administrative workflows. Reports directly to President.Responsibilities: • Maintain program calendar and schedule all team meetings • Draft monthly progress report templates, compile team inputs • Prepare quarterly review slide decks • Manage document filing and version control • Track action items and circulate follow-up summaries • Support market research and competitive landscape data gathering • Phase 2: Support transition partner outreach logisticsRequirements: • Junior/Senior undergraduate or above, business or PM focus • Strong writing and organizational skills • Experience with document management and scheduling tools
