Our Radar Systems Engineering team is seeking a candidate to support architecture, design, Concept of Operations, requirements development, analysis, and implementation of high performance Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar systems. In your role as a Sensor Systems Architect, you will: • Perform concept of operations design, radar behavior definition, and associated requirements development to drive radar capability implementation across radar subsystems. • Conduct trade studies and analyze the radar system level performance impacts to support and evaluate design decisions • Represent the organization on contracts and interface with internal and external customers, program and senior leadership, and multi-disciplinary teams on significant technical matters. • This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: system analysis, architecture, requirements development, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test. - High proficiency in C++ or Matlab or Python - Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent - Radar systems development experience including signal processing, antenna patterns, detection/tracking/discrimination algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling & simulation - and Anti-Aircraft Warfare (AAW) concepts and Active DoD Secret level clearance or higher Security Clearance Statement:This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
