We take pride in delivering every project with the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and productivity.Position OverviewThe Regional Sales Manager position aims to drive the company's growth and success by establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships. This position will build strong, long-term relationships with key clients. By utilizing their business acumen, relationship-building skills, and strategic thinking, the Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s client base, increasing revenues, and expanding market territory in southern Indiana and Kentucky.ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Develop strong customer relationships through in-person contact, site visits, and other traditional sales activities. Meet or exceed goals established for a minimum number of sales calls and visits to new and existing customers.Client Support: Create service quotes for customers and track the outcomes. Attend job site meetings and maintain project one-call tickets. Document customer and job-related communication and activities. Use programs such as Building Connected, Procor, & Bonfire to find upcoming work and bid on projects.Revenue Generation: Shall be responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profit goal emphasizing new account generation. Use business development tools such as Building Connected, PEC reports, etc., to find upcoming bid opportunities. Forecast sales to assist in growth forecasting.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and market developments. Utilize this information to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Tradeshows and Industry/Customer Events: Represent our company at relevant tradeshows, industry and client events, and conferences. Network with potential partners and industry peers to explore collaboration opportunities and stay informed about industry advancements.Field Management DutiesManage specific projects from start to completion alongside the assigned Operations Manager. Build job tickets and dispatch as needed.Perform field site safety audits to support the company's safety culture effort. Perform other duties as directed by the Senior Sales Manager.
