CNC Machine Operator

About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes, ensuring the production of high-quality, precision parts. Your expertise in interpreting technical drawings and performing machine adjustments will be crucial to our success. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision parts. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to meet specifications. Load raw materials and select appropriate tooling for efficient machining. Make machine offsets and adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy. Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts for conformance to specifications. Work with team members to improve production processes and resolve issues. Qualifications Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T. Familiarity with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Haas, or Mazak. Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
