Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Solutions ArchitectLocation: Locals Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid)Job Overview:The City of Atlanta is committed to enhancing citizen engagement and responsiveness through effective use of technology. To that end, we are implementing a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365. We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect to design, implement, and maintain solutions that meet the needs of our constituents.As the Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the successful deployment of Dynamics 365 applications. Your expertise will guide the city in delivering high-quality services that enhance citizen interaction with government services.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design and Architecture:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.Design comprehensive end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, aligning with business objectives and technical standards.Create architecture diagrams, data models, and integration plans.Implementation and Customization:Lead the configuration, tuning, and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.Develop plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality.Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.Project Management:Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources for successful project execution.Work closely with project managers to provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution.Conduct solution testing, user training, and post-implementation support.Technical Leadership:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 features, tools, and best practices.Advocate for best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.Client Engagement:Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.Conduct workshops and presentations to showcase Dynamics 365 capabilities and solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.Proven success in leading Dynamics 365 projects from inception to completion.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 modules including Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.Technical Skills:Proficient in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).Experience with Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Effective time management and organizational skills.Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 FundamentalsMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect ExpertMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
