Key Responsibilities Mix & Serve Drinks : Craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes or guest preferences. Customer Interaction : Engage with patrons, take orders, and offer drink recommendations. ID Verification : Ensure guests meet the legal drinking age. Cash Handling : Process payments, give change, and balance the register. Bar Maintenance : Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized. Safety & Compliance : Monitor alcohol consumption, refuse service when necessary, and follow all gaming and liquor laws. Team Coordination : Work with security and other staff to maintain a safe, fun environment. Family Style Service : Serve each guest with Caesars Entertainments Family Style Service. Skills & Qualifications Proven bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or casino setting Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Requires a state-issued Alcohol Server Permit, SNHD Food Handler's Health Card, and a Non-Gaming Card Work Environment Fast-paced, often noisy and smoky casino floor Long hours on your feet, including nights, weekends, and holidays Interaction with a diverse and lively crowd
