About the Opportunity:The Director of Technology will lead the development and evolution of the organization''s technology ecosystem to support growth and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for shaping systems, architecture, and integrations that underpin logistics workflows across various departments. The position plays a critical role in advancing the company’s digital transformation by improving end-to-end operational processes and building scalable technology solutions that produce measurable business outcomes.3. Responsibilities:• Own and lead the technology roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.• Manage and mentor a small technology team.• Improve logistics workflows, operational systems, and business processes.• Lead integrations across transportation management, customer relationship, operational, and customer-facing systems.• Serve as a liaison between technology, operations, commercial teams, and leadership.• Drive automation, AI, and data-driven operational improvements.• Support architecture, workflow, and system design decisions.4. Requirements:• 7 to 12+ years of technology leadership experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.• Strong leadership presence and ability to work within senior leadership.• Experience leading teams and technology strategy in lean, fast-paced environments.• Ability to effectively bridge technology, operations, commercial teams, and leadership.• Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Deep knowledge of workflows, integrations, and systems architecture in logistics.• Hands-on experience improving or building logistics systems and processes.• Familiarity with TMS, CRM, Salesforce, and customer-facing platforms.• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• USD 150000 to USD 175000 yearly6.
