Office Operations Manager
We are a well funded, rapidly growing fintech firm that still embodies a small start-up culture. You will still be in the early stages and have a hand in maturing and developing our globally used platform. As the Office Operations Manager, you will perform a hybrid role from overseeing recruitment process and onboarding new employees, to managing the office location, to working with the leadership team on reporting on Key Performance Indicators.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruitment and Onboarding of employeesPossess knowledge of our product and servicesIdentify and interview candidates who meet job criteriaAssist HR in hiring and onboarding of resourcesIf required, work with 3rd party recruiters Operations Analyst Gather data required to report on our key performance indicatorsWorking with the Leadership team, assist in the production of monthly KPI and SLA reportsAssist in Finance functions such as expense reimbursement, liaising with local accountants and support the payroll process Management of the office Coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the officeEnsure that the office operates efficiently and smoothlyGreet visitors and manage office suppliesReconcile Credit card expense reports if neededAssist with office expansion/ build out projectsREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or in a related field.High energy person who can multi-task across activitiesHighly organized and with excellent attention to detailSelf Directed with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficientlyExcellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of employees and clientsShould possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisionsKnowledge of tools such as Google Sheets or MSFT Excel5 days onsite in office (128 Belt) #LI-MS1
