Office ManagerCloudHealth is looking for a detail-oriented team player who is well organized, has strong oral and written communication skills, and can effectively manage many tasks and priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure that our office and teams are running smoothly and make a great impression on customers, candidates and other guests.As the office manager your responsibilities will include:Office Management: Coordinate the overall operations and running of the corporate officesFacilities requests and requirements with Building Manager/LandlordProcurement of office and kitchen suppliesGreet and direct visitors and guestsEnsure overall office environment is maintained to the highest standards.Responsible for organization and maintenance of all filesCoordinator for vendors, services, etc. working with Finance Manager and othersProvide administrative support to executive staff and other team membersCalendar coordinationEvent & meeting coordinationPresentations, documentation, and other administrative support as neededProvide support for travel planning for employees and executivesOther company activities as directed by managementProvide administrative support to HRProcess Benefit enrollments/terminations/changes and communicationsRecord KeepingAssist with Personnel File administrationAssist in coordination of open enrollmentAssist in coordination of open enrollmentAssist in coordination of open enrollmentRecord Keeping of all candidates/screens/interviewsDesired Skills and ExperienceBS or BA preferredPrior experience working in an office environment, managing calendars, travel, etc preferredExceptional attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMotivated, self-starter with ability to prioritize tasks and work independentlyDesire to grow within an exciting, fast-paced startup
