Work at the heart of #hellohumankindness and discover where your career and well-being truly connect.As our Speech Language Pathologist, you will be a vital clinician, expertly assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication and swallowing disorders to significantly improve patient quality of life.Every day, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations for all referred patients, meticulously implementing individualized treatment plans. You'll contribute clinical expertise to develop/upgrade treatment programs/protocols, and actively shape departmental and organizational goals.To be successful in this role, you will possess advanced clinical knowledge, exceptional diagnostic/therapeutic skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely.Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development.Participates on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval.RequiredGraduate of an accredited Speech/Language Pathology program or related fieldInternship in appropriate clinical settingLicensed by AZ State Board Speech Language PathologistAmerican Heart Association Basic Life Support certificatePreferredMaster's Degree in appropriate clinicalDoctorate Of Science in appropriate clinical areaTwo (2) years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical careElectronic Health Record (EMR) experience
