Job Title: Corporate Transactional Attorney (2–5 Years Experience)Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)Salary: $175,000 – $225,000 + full benefitsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of directly relevant experience in a corporate transactional department of a law firm in New York to join our New York office. This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys working directly with clients to form and maintain business entities, draft core governance documents, and support ongoing corporate legal needs.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience forming corporations and LLCs, drafting and revising operating agreements and corporate governance documents, and advising clients on entity structure and maintenance. You should be comfortable leading client video calls, explaining legal concepts in a clear and approachable way, and collaborating closely with team members in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment.We operate on a flat-fee, recurring revenue model. Performance is measured by quality, responsiveness, and output—not hours logged. There is no billable hour requirement at our firm.In this position, you will work directly with clients who want to form companies, enroll in our entity management service, or engage us for other core services.
