Job SummaryThe Sales Enablement Consultant serves as a strategic partner and execution leader for Sales and Revenue leaders, enabling consistent, scalable sales performance across the organization. This role translates business strategy into actionable enablement programs, tools, processes, and insights that improve seller effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes.Acting as an internal consultant, this position blends sales enablement strategy, cross‑functional execution, analytics, and change management to drive adoption of new capabilities while ensuring alignment with day‑to‑day sales operations. LocationHybrid - 2 days/week in Dallas, TX or San Diego, CARemote (U.S.) considered Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales, Revenue, and Go‑to‑Market leaders to design and execute sales enablement strategies aligned to business priorities and growth objectivesSupport the planning, rollout, and adoption of enablement initiatives including sales processes, tools, playbooks, training programs, and operating cadencesLead and support cross‑functional enablement projects, ensuring clear scope, sequencing, stakeholder alignment, and on‑time deliveryTranslate new business models, offerings, or GTM changes into practical seller enablement that drives clarity, confidence, and executionApply structured change management approaches to increase adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working within SalesAnalyze sales performance, pipeline, and productivity data to identify enablement gaps and recommend targeted improvementsPartner with Sales Operations, Analytics, and Finance to define, operationalize, and track key enablement and sales performance metricsDevelop and communicate ROI and impact assessments for enablement initiatives in partnership with Finance and Sales leadershipCreate executive‑ready dashboards, summaries, and presentations that clearly articulate insights, risks, and recommendationsServe as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders on enablement best practices, execution discipline, and continuous improvement Required QualificationsBachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant professional experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED and 9-11 years of relevant professional experienceExperience leading or supporting sales enablement, sales operations, or go‑to‑market initiativesStrong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to inform enablement decisions and measure impactExperience developing executive‑level presentations and communicationsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Preferred QualificationsExperience in sales enablement, revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial strategyBackground in healthcare, healthcare services, or complex B2B environmentsExperience supporting sales process design, onboarding, training, or tool rolloutsExperience partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Analytics, or MarketingFamiliarity with structured change management methodologiesExperience supporting large, distributed sales teams Key Skills & CompetenciesSales enablement strategy and executionGo‑to‑market and revenue alignmentProject and initiative managementData analysis and insight generationStakeholder influence and cross‑functional collaborationClear, concise executive communicationStrong bias toward action and adoption Work Environment / Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an office/home office environment.Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.AMN Healthcare will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job. Pay Rate$75,000 - $89,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
