This position supervises cage personnel, safeguards financial assets, and supports training and team development while maintaining accuracy, security, and professionalism throughout daily cash operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise cage operations and personnel during the grave shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and gaming regulationsMonitor and verify cash handling procedures, safeguarding company assets at all timesMaintain control over currency, coins, checks, and required forms and documentationReview and balance cage activity, ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliationAssist the Cage Shift Manager with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluationsCoach and mentor team members to promote accuracy, accountability, and service excellenceEnsure confidentiality and integrity in all transactions and recordkeepingInvestigate and resolve discrepancies or operational issues promptlyProvide exceptional internal and external guest service in all interactionsPerform other duties as assignedRequiredQualifications & ExperienceMust be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceThree (3) years of cage or cash-handling experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory roleStrong understanding of state gaming regulations and monetary transaction controlsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareWork Environment & Physical RequirementsFrequent standing and walking throughout the casino and cage areaAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive cash-handling motionsExposure to secondhand smoke, noise, and a fast-paced gaming environmentFrequent interaction with guests and staff requiring professional communication and composureScheduleThis is a grave shift position.
