Candidates must demonstrate strong critical care skills and be comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring, vasoactive drips, and ventilator management.\nThis is a 12-hour shift position with weekend, holiday, and call rotation requirements. Compliance and onboarding typically take 4–6 weeks. Voice and manager interviews are required.
