Digital Marketing Specialist -Recruited

Description:Working under the direction of a Harvard manager, assist with and coordinate digital marketing and advertising campaigns. Work with Harvard managers to identify marketing goals, audiences and messaging. Research and recommend available markets and channels. Assist with the development of digital marketing plans and related deliverables. Produce digital marketing copy and content as needed. Coordinate production of non digital aspects of marketing campaigns. Review deliverables from ad agencies contracted by Harvard, third party designers or other creatives for acceptability relative to Harvard's requirements, expectations and brand standards. Solid knowledge and on the job experience with paid and owned social media, podcast sponsorship, digital display, and email (eblasts and newsletters) advertising. Solid knowledge and on the job experience with paid search, search engine optimization and web analytics.May use web analytics to prepare regular reporting and analysis (trends, key metrics, results) for digital campaigns. May serve as subject matter expert on digital advertising efforts, digital marketing product capabilities and digital media trends.Will liaise with and represent Harvard's interests, needs and requirements with publishers, advertising agencies, suppliers and creative resources to ensure successful project execution. Will conduct periodic audits of invoices, budgets, and media plans to optimize Harvard's media investment.
