This role offers hands-on experience in social media marketing, live streaming, community engagement, and influencer marketing. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok, social media trends, and creating engaging content that connects with audiences.What You'll Do:TikTok Live ManagementAssist with planning, setup, and execution of TikTok Live sessionsProvide real-time support to hosts during live broadcastsActively participate in TikTok Lives to enhance viewer engagementMonitor and moderate live comments to maintain a positive community environmentHelp troubleshoot technical issues during live streamsContent Creation SupportCollaborate with the Organic TikTok Lead on content strategy and daily executionSupport content creation initiatives across TikTokAssist the Organic Social Team with community management activitiesHelp brainstorm and develop creative content ideas aligned with brand voiceSupport event promotionAssist with TikTok shop CRM messagingWho You AreStrong interest in content creation, creator marketing, and social media marketingStrong understanding of TikTok platform and social media trendsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable appearing on camera and engaging with live audiencesAbility to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsCreative mindset with passion for digital marketingLocation & HoursBoston, MA (hybrid 3x/week in combination of our Boston Seaport HQ and Rockland HQ)10-15h/weekPowered by JazzHR
