You'll take raw footage, selects, and creative direction and turn them into highly watchable edits that maximize retention, clarity, emotional payoff, and entertainment value. Working closely with Lead Editors, Polish Editors, Assistant Editors, and Creatives, you'll help shape both full-length videos and individual segments into compelling YouTube-first stories.This role sits at the center of the creative editing process — balancing storytelling instincts, comedic timing, audience psychology, and emerging AI-powered workflows to create content that keeps viewers engaged from start to finish.
